Trust & Estate Attorney
Attention Trust & Estate Attorneys:
We are seeking a qualified Trust & Estate Attorney to oversee estate planning for a family. The ideal candidate is an experienced Tax and Estate attorney with a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Review and update wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on various estate planning strategies, including asset protection, wealth transfer, and tax minimization.
• Ensure all documents comply with state and federal laws.
Qualifications:
• J.D. degree from a top law school
• Active license to practice law in the States of New York and Delaware
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust and estate law
