Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal procurement and contracting. Extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related federal procurement laws and regulations. Strong understanding of government contracting procedures, including cost and price analysis, negotiation techniques, and contract administration. Experience with various types of federal contracts (e.g., fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, IDIQ). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
