We are a membership site based in the UK.
We need someone to spend 1-2 hours a day replying to Zendesk tickets and updating users subscriptions.
- English language mother tongue or living in an English speaking country
- Experience of Zendesk a plus
- Reliable - no excuses about doing the work every day
- Friendly - good customer service attitude
- Need to be available on Skype for IM
- 1 - 2 hours free per day - we are flexible on when these hours are.
