Hi, I run a small business which provides bookkeeping services to the hospitality industry in Sydney, Australia.
I require a bookkeeper & admin assistant who can assist in the processing of information for these clients and managing the communications to and from all parties.
Duties to be performed include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing of Invoices
- Reviewing statements and communicating issues with suppliers
- Cloud based filing of all information
- Sales Reconcilliation
- Payroll Processing
- Bank Reconcilliation
- Processing incoming emails ...
