This is a basic help desk position for a VOIP call center. Main responsibilities is as follows:
Installing VOIP phone software and various other software
Troubleshooting hardware and software on agent machines
Troubleshooting Cisco phones
Troubleshooting home agent computers and internet
Basic testing of web based system
Basic data entry
Must be proficient in Windows and OSX operating systems.
Must speak english well to communicate with internal agents and clients during testing.
