We're looking for someone to help us answer Customer Service Enquiries from the users of our 3 websites. We need help between the hours of 12pm-4pm EST Mon-Fri and ideally longer shifts at the weekend. The job requires responding to emails from our customers swiftly, and with great care. Enquiries range from billing problems, to technical problems, to general help enquiries. A knowledge of the Podcasting and eCommerce industries would be favourable, as would knowledge of HTML and CSS.
