I’m looking for someone to take over one of my older clients because I have gotten too busy with new ones and this old one continually needs help with their site. As of now they don’t need a ton of new stuff added or changed but there’s a couple things like giving their customers the ability to input their payment information into the site that needs to be done. I'll let you speak with them to get caught up and see exactly what they are looking for. I'm just helping them onboard/find someone new.
It’s for a travel agency based out of florida vacationtripguides.com
It’s a Wordpress website that was built using elementor so you must be familiar with both. I can keep them on my hosting if you like, or I can move them over to yours if you prefer that. It's currently hosted through WPengine. You also must be well versed in HTML, CSS, JS and PHP since there is a small amount of customization that was done in the past.
It’s a super straight forward site, the only piece that’s slightly unique is their customers have the ability to login, and view their travel itinerary. Since almost everyone's vacation is different, they needed the ability to post unique travel itinerary's to each individual company. They didn't have enough of a budget to do this from scracth, so were using a plugin called "WP Customer Area".
here is a video recording showing you how the process works when they need to add a new travel itinerary. Keep in mind this was done a long time ago and they had a very small budget to work with. I know there are better ways to do this nowadays, feel free to change whatever you want:

Here a breakdown of what i need:
1. I need you to meet with this client and become their primary web developer for this project. I am already booked up for the rest of this year working on larger projects, so im essentially just handing you them for free. Im just here to help them find a qualified individual who can take this site over. All communication will be between you guys moving forward, and i'll no longer be involved in anything unless YOU (the new web developer) have questions for me regarding technical aspects of how the site was set up.
2. they'll need normal maintenance (keeping plugins updated, tweaking content on different pages, etc)
3. They mentioned something about adding a new feature where customers can input their payment details as well. This means you'll likely need to build a new custom page within the WP Customer Area plugin so they can add their payment details within their account dashboard. I'll let you speak with them regarding the specifics but this is why im requiring you to know basic coding languages like html, css, js and php
