Hello, we are searching for assistance fixing a simple issue on our wordpress website. We recently started using Amelia for wordpress as our booking software. The integration has worked great minus one problem, we are unable to receive email alerts whenever a customer books one of our services on our website. We receive an error whenever we try to setup the SMTP protocol for our Microsoft 365 Email Accounts. We have tried the SMTP settings for 365, Outlook, and exchange but still receive the same error when trying to receive email notifications. Wordpress and Amelia have been of no help in solving these issues.
