Key Responsibilities:
• Create Overall presence of wondrfly in parents’ minds. Craft and implement modern strategies to traffic and brand engagement from local and digital communities.
• Orchestrate compelling content, events, and discussions to maintain high levels of brand engagement and activity
• Utilize your existing network to foster and cultivate our community from the ground up.
• Serve as the face and voice of Wondrfly, embodying our brand’s values to make us more accessible and our message more resonant across a multitude of channels.
• Design and manage an ambassador program aligned with the brand.
• Actively engage in online and offline communities (esp. local parenting forums on social media) diving into relevant discussions to forge relationships and acquire customers.
• Produce and disseminate engaging content (text, images, videos) as needed to to spark participation and drive interest and traffic.
• Address community inquiries and feedback, manage conflicts delicately, and leverage community insights to refine and enhance our offerings.
• Seamlessly integrate market research into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns, fine-tuning our approach based on dynamic market insights.
• Manage and optimize Mailchimp email communications and campaigns
• Drive brand standards and voice everywhere
• Collaborate closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure marketing strategies are executed flawlessly.
• Use previous marketing operations data to improve future operations
Who You Are:
• You have a passion for building and managing communities
• You are a strong marketer with experience in executing successful strategies and campaigns
• You have a solid background in the children’s/parenting domain
• You have experience managing ambassadors and/or influencers to drive marketing goals
• You are a self-starter with a deep commitment to making an impact
• You are aware of trends and topics related to marketing, community building, and the parenting/kids domain
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect, engage, and inspire, internally and externally.
