I am deaf. Using the phone is a challenge. The solution I’ve come up with is to have subtitles for phone calls. The service is currently undergoing performance review prior to public release.
Your job is to certify that everything works, before deaf people start using the service. As a Quality Assurance inspector, you will make repeated test calls, observe everything, and note down behavior, and video record each call.
