As we enter our peak season, we're seeking dedicated Seasonal Remote Customer Interaction Specialists to join our team and enhance our customer communication and scheduling processes. Key Responsibilities: Phone Reception and Call Routing: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual and ensuring prompt assistance for every customer. Estimate Booking Assistance: Schedule free estimate appointments by engaging with customers, qualifying leads, and efficiently coordinating with our design technicians. Outbound Call Management: Proactively engage with potential customers to respond to requests for free estimates and guide them through the scheduling process. Document Retrieval: Utilize local municipality websites and other resources to locate essential documents for existing customers, ensuring smooth project progression. Additional Support Tasks: Assist with various tasks as needed, including converting sold estimates into installation jobs to facilitate project completion. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using technology and online resources effectively. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is required.
