I do my own bookkeeping and think I normally do a good job. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that aren't easily handled by an amateur. I have a few problems in my books I want to get fixed. Examples: - QuickBooks payments amounts aren't automatically matching because I think I applied one payment wrong a few weeks ago and now things don't match exactly how QuickBooks expects. - A refund netted with a payment has caused me to not be able to apply either correctly.
