I'm starting a small construction company in Milwaukee and I have the manpower but I'm not very good at making the estimate for the customers, since we've been working with builders who already give us the plans and send us the materials to the site. Now that I want to start getting customers on my own, I need a reliable person, who knows what he/she is talking about. I would provide you with a plan of the project, as clear as possible, and you'd provide me with a list of the materials I need to get in order to complete that project successfully. For example, attached you can see a plan for an addition. I already got the material list from one of my providers, but I can't be bothering them every time; I need someone who can help me out for this.
