Expectations for the LaunchStarz Success Team Representative (Remote Position) OVERALL GOAL - Ensure that Japanese startup participants are happy, motivated and satisfied with the program from start to finish. - Provide the highest support to Japanese startup participants throughout the program and ensure that they feel the true value and passion we provide to them. COMMUNICATION DUTIES - Day to day communications in Basecamp (Project Management tool) with Japanese startup participants and US Accelerators. This communication will be done all in English. - Reply to all questions and concerns from startup participants - Share announcements, to-do lists to each startup; ensure personalized messaging and customer success care. - Handle all channels of communications (email, chat, basecamp, etc) with participants and US accelerators. - Work closely and support the LaunchStarz Program Manager ADMINISTRATION DUTIES - From day one solicit feedback from them to continue to improve our program and document all feedback and learnings. - Track each startup's progress and ensure they are completing all their tasks and attending all scheduled meetings and seminars. - Manage paperwork, admin, workflow and logistics for all participants. - Schedule training sessions for virtual and US live trainings, seminars, webinars, pitch events and networking events.
