We are looking to add 2 new professionals, U.S. based Telemarketer professionals to cold call B2B wholesalers. We will provide a successful script that should be followed, however, that can be adjusted to the personal communication style of each of our Telemarketer team members.
Our program not only guarantees you a competitive hourly wage, but you also earn commissions on all scheduled prospects that become customers. And best of all, the commissions are paid on each account every month in perpetuity – in other words – you actually share in the profitability of every account for the lifetime of the account.
These individuals should be proficient in:
• Following our proven successful script
• Getting past gatekeepers to get to decision makers
• Relentless, diligent follow up skills
• Articulating our value proposition quickly and efficiently to decision makers
• Getting the decision maker to commit to a 20-25 minute brief demo and discussion with our sales representative
• Excellent telephone communication sills
• Provide daily reports with daily call activities/metrics via company CRM or similar solution
The right candidates should have a successful track record of these types of activities, and should enjoy cold calling and the thrill of the hunt to successfully schedule demos.

Telemarketer (TM):
All newly hired telemarketers start at this level:
• $15-$20/hr guaranteed hourly
• 5% Silver level monthly commission on all accounts closed
• 30-40 hours per week work week
• M-F, daytime business hours, no nights or weekends
• Work remotely
• Must set weekly and monthly demo goals for the Telesales Professional
• 1099 status
Team Lead Telemarketer (TLT):
• Trains, manages & supports Telemarketer group that will be recruited underneath you
• $20-$25/hr guaranteed hourly
• 10% Gold level monthly commission on all accounts closed from personal demos set
• 5-10% monthly commission overrides on all accounts closed from your Telemarketing team demos set
• 30-40 hours per week work week
• M-F, daytime business hours, no nights or weekends
• Work remotely
• Must set weekly and monthly demo goals for the TeleSales Professional
• 1099 status
Territory TeleSales Professional (TTSP):
• Effectively runs pre-set demo appointments and closes deals
• $25-$30/hr guaranteed hourly
• 15-30% Platinum level monthly commission on all accounts closed from assigned Telemarketing teams
• 5-10% monthly commission overrides on all accounts closed from your Telemarketing team
• 40 hours per week work week
• M-F, daytime business hours, no nights or weekends
• Work remotely
• Must close weekly and monthly sales goals
• W-2 status
Regional TeleSales Professional (RTSP):
• Team builder, trainer, dream maker, empowerment peer
• No personal sales; will recruit, train, build Telemarketing and Telesales teams within assigned region
• Competitive W-2 salary
• Diamond level monthly commission overrides on all accounts closed in assigned region
• 40 hours per week work week
• M-F, daytime business hours, no nights or weekends
