We are looking for a professional, energetic, and result-driven go-getter who is fluent in English and access to a consistent internet connection and their own tech set-up. The Thriving Practice Center Lead Generator/Appointment Setter will help schedule quality appointments that convert to additional enrollment to our Thriving Practice Podcast program, using a system. Here's what you'll be doing on a regular basis: ● Generate new leads through provided lists using email, and social media channels. ● Respond to incoming comments or messages promptly and professionally. ● Engage in meaningful conversations, gather information, and nurture leads ● Once leads express interest, speak to those prospects on the phone introducing the The podcast and, ultimately, scheduling a time for them to appear on the podcast. ● Book 5-10 leads per week, genuinely interested in our growing thriving practice. ● Follow-up with leads to remind them of upcoming appointments, ensuring they are confirmed ● Maintain accurate records of all key interactions and outcomes using the template provided ● Meet at set agreed times with Founder/OBM for weekly status meetings To set you up for success, you will be provided with: ● training on how to conduct successful outreach of prospects ● Thorough briefing on the details of the Thriving Practice Center program ● Ongoing support from the Founder/OBM to improve your success and appointment-setting skills ● Detailed profile of the desired customer ● All necessary information and materials for the initial outreach and follow-up conversations About You This role is for you if you are: ● Confident and personable, a quick-learner, clear communicator, who is ready for growth ● Able to work independently, holding yourself accountable for your deliverables ● Self-managing and self-motivated to show up and achieve your goals ● A natural networker and researcher, who likes a challenge ● Very comfortable doing cold outreach and connecting with potential customers ● Flexible and able to effortlessly tailor messages to the person you are interacting with Requirements/Skills ● Previous (and proven) experience in sales, appointment setting or network marketing ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency) ● Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively ● Proficiency in using chat, email and phone communication tools ● Solid understanding of how to navigate social media, and specifically Facebook Groups ● Knowledge of how to build online networks and/or are willing to grow your audience (ideally you already have an existing network to leverage) ● Knowledge of how to qualify leads to accurately match the desired customer avatar (basically, female entrepreneurs who want to increase sales) ● Persistence and determination to meet and exceed weekly appointment targets ● Reliable IT equipment, internet and adequate workspace.
