This is going to be internal complaint handing team person for an Australian Telecommunications Company. He/She will handle any clients complaints related or addressed to our customer service staff members.
He/She needs to have:
- Previous complaint handing experience
- Alternate dispute resolution experience
- Should know the Telecommunication process
- Technically sound
You will also be required of the following:
- Great English
- Good Computer hardware (virus free)
- Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF
- Fast typing English grammar skills
