Given two sequences of X-Y-Z accelerometer data of arbitrary length, from a mobile handset I need a robust method of comparison for the purposes of indicating similarity, written in C++.
It should have a parameterizable threshold for similarity so that I may incorporate it into an Android App with a programmable tolerance.
The algorithm should be able to compare the same gesture given an arbitrary orientation of the accelerometer, so it must not just compare X0 and X1, Y0 and ...
