I'm a Realtor in the U.S. and looking for someone to assist in marketing, listing preparation and closing coordination.
Assistant should be clearly able to communicate in conversational English, proficient in basic Microsoft Publisher tasks and Microsoft Word. Much of the work involves email communication with clients, must be able to email clearly in order to have it sound like the emails are coming from me. So not too formal, no typos, no grammatical mistakes.
