The collection includes works owned by the City of Chicago's Department of Public Art, Chicago Park District, Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), universities, corporations, condominiums, individuals, neighborhood communities, and significant works not specifically owned by anyone, including “street” murals, mosaics, and decorated facades.
