End product of this job will be an automated process to reduce manual measurement and in/out of these values. To best understand, the programmer will need understanding of the process of programming the IC chips, which I am more than happy to show videos or to set up a video chat demonstration. The general description of the process is as follows: - a chip's is plugged into the programmer, then its EEPROM parameters are "read" - The chip's angle is measured over three locations in relation to a magnetically changed tape, and values are recorded within an excel spreadsheet - values generated by the excel spreadsheet are plugged into the EEPROM and programmed into the chip - the chip's voltage output is read by a digital volt meter along the same three positions, and values recorded within the spreadsheet in a different positions - the updated spreadsheet values are re-programmed into the EEPROM of the chip, then programmed - the chip is then tested to ensure that voltage outputs are within tolerances per position I am guessing the amount of time/effort this will take, so please feel free to bid what you think it is worth!
