Handle support tickets relating to an outbound email security service while our engineers in North America are sleeping. This position requires substantial experience with Linux system administration and a thorough knowledge of TCP/IP network concepts, email (SMTP), and network security. The support ticket system uses Zendesk, so experience with Zendesk is a plus.
