We require someone to carry out book keeping once a week. You will need skills in;
- Reconcile Bank account transactions against Xero weekly,
- Clear up any problems with missing info on invoices weekly,
- Accounts payable - setting up payments and entering bills,
- Accounts Receivable - providing accounts receivable reports weekly and emailing outstanding accounts to customers and following up aged recievables,
- Provide weekly reports including - Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, Sales to date monthly and YTD, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
