We want to build a simple workflow for inquiries / service requests using Zendesk.
The idea is that account manager send an email to an email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org). That email generates a ticket. The service team categorizies, routes and closes tickets. All updates on tickets are automatically emailed to the requestor.
We are looking for something quick. We'd like to have something done in the next couple of days, with the idea to build from here.
