We will be woking on a new website project and need help matching up and migrating the database before launch. We will be taking abcwebsite.com, duplicating that and then moving it to a beta server (beta.com/abcwebsite.com) while we build the new website. The new website is going to be a re-skin and keeping most of the same plugins and functions. What we need help with, is during the revamp time which will last about 2 months. There will be a gap in data from the database from the current live website to the new/beta website that is about to launch. We need you to help make sure the database is synced up to date and no info is missing. Info like members, users, form submissions, directory listings, registrations, events etc. You will need to help with database export, import data matching and testing, any support post launch. Newer pages and posts we will mostly migrate over manually.

We have a database already in place that is antiquated and isn't too user friendly. This system needs an update to be able to adjust to what is needed to report sales to Luminate *Priority issue. The system uses a very large database file to get information for our buyer so he can reorder from the correct vendor which changes and those changes are stored in the updated file we get. If there is a hand entry because the updated file was not used to gather the information that information is used and sometimes has human errors which makes purchasing from multiple vendors difficult. Our record store uses barcodes to gather the data for our buyer in our current system. There are also items in our record store that do not have barcodes and need a hand entry to be recorded and saved, but then be able to be edited if incorrect.

We are needing to track all sales in Monday.com revenue board. Currently all services and appointments are scheduled in a board in Monday. Once the service is done we are needing that job info to populate a item into the revenue board where I can verify revenue collection and be able to create a sales receipt. We want a real time Speech-To-Text Ai that helps train salesmen by emailing recommendations and criticism, depending on the adherence to the companies predetermined sales script. We already use a PBX that we’d need this Speech to text software to connect to.
