It will be medium size live video project.

Live video in the system will go as follows:
1. The video stream is taking from the director's console using Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder in 2 bit rates (high / low quality).
2. Further, the stream goes to publication on Amazon CloudFormation -
rtmp :/ / xxx-xx-xxx-xxx-xx.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com/livepkgr
3. In the Amazon CloudFormation stream is processing by Adobe Flash
Media Server 4.5 (FMS), the available segments and bitrates are listed in manifests - f4m and m3u8.
4. And, finally, JS-script on the page inserts Flash or html5 player, which linked to the appropriate manifest.

Front-end and server side AS3 application should be able to save the live stream to a server in mp4 and ogg extensions.

Operation process is as follws:
When program begins operator clicks "record" - saving of live stream should be triggered.
At the end of the program he presses "stop" or "cut and record" - record stopped. In case of pressing "cut and record" - application should stop recording of current program and start to record the next program.

The result of these operations should be video fragments only in high quality (mp4 + ogv).

Also, the fragment should be stored under already known name and already known location. The name should be taken from the MySQL database.
(Flash -> MySQL interface? Is it real? If not, what is the alternative?)

At least, after saving video fragment, in the MySQL database should appear a line with information, that this video fragment exists in a certain folder.
