We are looking for someone who can help in the following activities:
Support with Administration:
- Bank transfer payments reconciliation in our administrative system
- Creating invoices through our administrative system
- Generating reports on demand
Support with Distance Learning platform:
- Create training courses from a template using Moodle platform
- Manage and enable users on the platform
- Enable surveys and forms required for courses
Help desk support
- Do level 1 support for basic issues sent by our Support email
- Technical issues will be referred to the specialist.
- Answers to be given will be provided as templates with small customization needed for each case.
General comments about the work:
- We prefer candidates who speaks/writes spanish and english fluently.
- This is a part time activity. We estimate to have at most 10 hours a week.
- Payments matching activities will happen twice a month
- Billing activities will happen once a week for very few invoices until the system gets fully automated
- Moodle knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be used to manage different currencies and exchange rates and also have experience with administrative tasks requested
