Skills:Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 2 year's post Bachelor's experience in 2 of the following: o Project management experience o Demonstrable analytical reasoning or quantitative analysis o Experience with analytic tools (Excel, SQL, Access, SAP) o Familiarity with IT systems, database design, and data structures o Salesforce Administration or Developer experience - Experience with Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems - Ability to communicate ideas (Spanish) and expectations effectively by e-mail, phone, and in person Ideal Qualifications: - Experienced administrator in a Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited Platform environment - Experience working with Salesforce developers and/or outside vendors on system extensions, customizations, and integrations with third party applications - Ability to translate customer/business requirements into technical specifications - Ability to communicate ideas, solutions and results effectively by e-mail, phone, and in person - Experience troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to a complex problem - Ability to work in a rapidly changing and interrupt-driven environment - Experience working within a team environment and independently - Experience in thinking through problems creative
