App that allows the user to create templates for tracking daily physical training sessions. Daily work out programs are then automatically generated according to data entered during the template design process (can be edited by day without disrupting the integrity of other work out days). Data/information entry customized by user with custom 'write in' ability and/or from drop down selections. Workout templates or individual work out days should be created in accordance to what selections are made from the drop down menus. Store previous starting stats, work out templates, daily training results and notes for reporting. System will also be able to draw on the initial stats and any subsequent work out 'history' to auto-fill future day's training programs. Reports, daily work out results/templates are email/downloadable for storage on a personal computer and/or print out. Should have ability to share select information/reports/work out results/'updates' on social media outlets...
