Linux expert needed for embedded checksum reverse engineering
This is for ARM architecture linux. I have been handed a Tiny6410 board, it runs linux off of a standard SD card. However, the app, a frontend for an open-source arcade emulator is checking two files to determine whether or not it can start. These are .bin files and are related to a game listing text file.
Furthermore, the sdcard itself also has a checksum file on it. If possible, we would also need this either removed or a checksum file maker created.
I need someone that can either fix the launcher so that it ignores the checksum files or build a checksum generator that will allow us to edit the games list.
I can provide different images of different sd cards and their respective checksums, files, etc.
