Job Description

One of our top oDesk Enterprise Solutions clients who specializes in file hosting services and cloud storage is currently expanding their localization teams and projects. We need a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to complement the team. This would start as part-time (~20 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Candidates must be able to work primarily in PST time zone.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all stages and aspects of translation/localization projects. We are looking for someone with the ability to get organized and time manage as well as forecast, strategize, create and track budgets, coordinate resources, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision as part of a global project team. This role involves working very closely with a Senior PM which will facilitate a quick ramp up to the project.

Requirements: oDesk experience, 2 years experience in project management (a plus if experience in localization), previous experience with managing off-site/freelance resources, proven experience in account and client management, proven strong commitment to quality, interest in planning/organizing and managing localization projects/workflows, fluency in English with one other language preferred. Ideal candidate also has experience with CAT tools.
