Mystery Shopper Website Needed with full functionality
Closed - This job posting has been filled.
We are in need of a mystery shopper website.
PLEASE READ VERY WELL. THIS IS THE COMPLETE PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
SCRAPPY WORK WILL BE REJECTED.
THIS PROJECT HAS 5 DAYS TURNAROUND DEADLINE AND IT INCLUDES AN INCENTIVE. IF IT'S LATE, WE WILL WITHDRAW THE CONTRACT OR CHARGE 10% FINE PER DAY FOR EACH DAY BEHIND SCHEDULE. IF IT'S COMPLETED EARLY, WE PAY 10% PER DAY FOR EACH DAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.
WE MUST SEE PROGRESS DAILY OR WE BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT WORKING ON IT. TO BEAT THE TIME REQUIREMENT, WE MAY GIVE IT OUT TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AFTER 48 HOUR OF NO RESPONSE FROM YOU.
If possible, the front-end should look like any of these 2 websites: http://www.howitworks.com/ or http://www.cpalead.com
Whichever style we choose for the front-end, having slider may add to the values and additional beauty.
Benefits to the workers should be stated in the front page, perhaps in sliders.
Relevant images and logo are your responsibility.
They can read all contents, faq and agreements and agree to terms and ethics.
I will show you a website if you need content for the front-end website.
People can sign up to become mystery shopper agents on the website and login to their account. They can modify their account details. Password reminder and password reset functionality should be there.
The signup process should not be complex.
When they submit signup form during registration, they get email, they confirm the email and double opt in to complete the signup. They are prompted to check their email for login detail and other instructions after double opt in.
When they login, they will land on general instruction page. This page will tell them everything about how to manage their account with links to each page talked about.
There will be general Assignment Page where we can add generic instructions about all assignments agents will perform.
Assignments will not be posted on the website but will be scheduled in the website own autoresponder system.
We will preload all assignments at once just like in aweber autoresponder where every subscriber gets all messages from day 1 to the end without missing any. Using this feature, we can schedule all projects at once and each worker will get all.
When individual agent completes the assignments according to the scheduled message emailed to them, he will write one report for each assignment in a text file and upload it through his account.
There will be a report uploading page in the member area to submit the reports every time he is given assignment. He can upload unlimited number of files individually at a time as we have it in Gmail file upload style if possible.
The admin will see the reports uploaded and check them. After checking individual report, admin can approve or reject each report the agent submitted by clicking a button. Admin can instruct agent to review by doing it again.
When any of the report submitted is marked as approved, an amount will be added manually or automatically to the member's account balance.
For example, $2 will be set as the amount to pay per approved report. If the agent uploaded / submitted 10 reports, if 1 is approved, $2 will reflect in his account balance after the admin approves it. If 7 reports are approved, $14 will reflect in his account, and so on.
Admin can add fund, bonus or compensation to or remove penalties from agent account balance anytime.
There will be a place for each agent to add his Paypal, Payza (AlertPay) and Liberty Reserve account details for payment.
There will be password reminder and Password Reset. Agents can update or modify their account details.
Mass mail can be sent to all members at once or to one agent or selected few. The message can contain file attachments.
Remember, ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED AT ONCE LIKE IN AWEBER AUTO-RESPONDER AND EACH MEMBER WILL RECEIVE IT IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY USED TO REGISTER. THEY CAN CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS.
This is just the idea. Professional ideas are welcome to add to the above stated or subtract from it to make it a better project.
Standard functions should be available. It must not look scrappy.
