Job Description

Looking for an Australian Based Marketing Coordinator for 3-4 hours 4 days pw reporting to Contract Marketig Manager. Experience in the areas below is critical"

Responsibilities include:
A. Copywriting: creating content for articles or website
B. Promotional Videos: coordinating creation of promo videos
1. Prepare video content plan that supports online and adwords campaigns
2. Create scripts and storyboard
3. Coordinate production
4. Upload content through CMS
C. Workshop collateral: coordination production and purchasing of branded workshop collateral
1. Finding suitable suppliers within budget and getting quotes for the range of possible collateral listed
2. Coordination of collateral production
D. Web: support with web maintenance and optimisation
1. Prepare current content and liaise with supplier to ensure all current content is in new wordpress version
2. Assist in preparation of a content plan for additional content
3. Implement content plan as agreed on monthly basis through CMS
4. Providing monthly summary of web traffic and recommendations for improvement
E. Digital Marketing: support in optimising our online presence through Adwords campaigns and other online marketing opportunities
1. Preparing and maintaining update-to-date keyword prioritisation, including keyword feedback from actual leads
2. Implementation plan in sync with content plan
3. Review Google analytics /Ad words supplier report and provide additional suggestions
4. Day to day liaison with Ad words supplier re their enquiries
F. Social Media: support in developing and implementing a social media strategy. Including establishment of infrastructure and support in creation of content
1. To be reviewed after website upgrade has been completed
G. E-newsletter: coordinating production and release on timely enewsletters to our database
1. Creating and maintaining a segmented database
2. Enacting communication plan in accordance to segmented database
3. Ensuring enewsletter is sent on time according to the enewsletter production process
4. Review of analytics of click-through results and recommendations for improvement
