Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience writing tests & documentation for a Web-based SaaS product.

The product is in late "beta" now. We are very light on documentation, and we are still regularly finding bugs. But, with your help, that situation will be solved.

The ideal candidate has experience writing help. In addition, they have experience writing tests using a Ruby framework.. so we can test both in an automated fashion, as well as with manual testing.

Our tickets are stored in GitHub, so you'll need to be able to document issues and help our engineers understand and fix bugs.

Ideal Candidate Skills
* Ruby testing framework (Rspec/MiniTest/etc).
* Experience writing help text on a website (help is in Wordpress)
* Experience testing Ajax-based UIs
* An understanding of SEO and social media.
* An understanding of usability concepts

And, if you can explain which browsers you use for testing with your preferred ruby test framework, that will help a lot.
