We are a Tampa, FL (US) based company engaged in real estate acquisition. We are seeking several Virtual Assistants (VA) who can quickly convert .pdf documents into excel spreadsheet for upload to our online CRM program.
This position will also involve internet research and skip tracing skills. We will need you to research and find the phone numbers for missing persons using whitepages.com and a subscription database. Again- instructions and training will be provided.
We also need a VA with good phone skills who has a proven track record and is capable of making outbound Skype calls (skype account and script-training provided) to homeowners in the US who are seeking to sell their properties. Responsibilities include: outbound calls, screening questions, data input/update, excel proficiency, internet connectivity, and either accent NEUTRAL English or a soft British accent. Bi-lingual: Spanish/English is a HUGE bonus.
Initial payment will be 2.50 per hour but will increase as skills and track record are proven. Also, we pay bonuses on successful property acquisitions.
Income opportunity for long term contractor relationship is HUGE.
We can initially provide 20-30 hours per week, and we need daily work done on incoming leads and production. Consistency is KEY to our team.
