This individual will be responsible for the development of custom Salesforce.com (SFDC) applications. He/she must be a leading contributor individually and have the ability to work as a team member. Because of substantial customer interfacing, the individual must have a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Consults with business owners to develop technical solutions to business problems and/or opportunities, which are cost effective and value added.
Analyzing/ Developing SFDC applications, resolving defects/application issues.
Prepares and/or reviews system and technical design documentation.
Develops application/utility programs including coding, testing, implementation and maintenance on complex systems.
Work closely with the Business Analysts and End users to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Maintains in-depth understanding of application and technology architecture to ensure designs support the architecture.
Coordinates with QA testing team to ensure resolution to issues and quality software
Trains, develops and mentors other engineers and technical staff.

Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services
Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model, Architecture, constraints and governors
Basic administration experience in managing profiles, roles, hierarchy, dashboard, reports and customizations
Experience in integrating multiple Sales force instances / data integration (inbound & outbound) / tools
Expertise in integrating legacy systems with Sales force & bringing in those legacy applications into Salesforce (migration)
Ability to triage issues as they arise, review trace logs
Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans
Analytical/troubleshooting skills and production support experience
Expert knowledge of structured development methodologies and iterative development
Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
Highly motivated self starter: Persists in the face of obstacles; demonstrates initiative and sets high personal standards for performance; maintains a consistently high level of productivity
Strong communication and technical writing skills

At least 5 years of development experience in Information technology field
3+ years should be in SFDC development
Preferred – SFDC Certification – 401 and 501
MUST BE CERTIFIED SALES FORCE DEVELOPER
