Start Now Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is looking to hire a full-time Virtual Administrative/Executive Assistant to assist in managing our growing company. The tentative start date of this job is early to mid December 2012. You will be working virtually from your location and connect to us via the Internet. You will require your own working computer and an internet connection, which will not be provided for by the Company. Ideally, you would be able to connect to us via the instant messaging tool "Whatsapp" as well. Other than that, you should be working during office hours based on Singapore local timing, but flexible arrangements are not uncommon in our Company. This is your chance to work from home!
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Your primary role is to liaise with clients, associates and business partners. You will be well-informed and up-to-date with regards to the Company's processes, deal flows and clients. You will assist the Company's personnel in liaising with our clients and associates in scheduling meetings, answering enquiries and providing support where it is necessary. Most of this liaising will occur via e-mail, and you will be required to reply via email on behalf of the Company's personnel. You will also be required to make telephone calls to clients where necessary. As such, applicants should be proficient in spoken and written English.
You will assist with scheduling all meetings for our personnel, and processing business claims. You will assist to keep a register of all claims. You will assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes for weekly staff meetings. You will maintain the pace and flow of work within the Company and keep track of the progress of all ongoing projects. The Company's personnel will rely on you for updating and tracking the important milestones for each project.
Prospecting & Sales Support
You will be responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads for the Company. These will include surveying and researching possible clients, initiating cold-call contact and generating a sales lead for our personnel to meet. This will largely focus on adding names, contacts and details to our Sales Database and cold-calling potential clients. An Internet Phone (VOIP) account will be provided for you. You will update the personnel on these leads at our weekly staff meeting, which you will attend.

We focus on the technology-for-good space and our clients include corporates looking to implement systems and platforms to spur employee volunteering, corporate social responsibility, government agencies promoting specific causes, and nonprofit organizations looking to improve their productivity.
