Technical Customer Support Agent needed for VoIP and networking support.

Skills required:
Fluent in English
Knowledge of TCP/IP
Understanding of networking, routers, switches, firewall, NAT, VPN, VLAN

Skills that would be an asset:
Understanding of SIP
Polycom phones
AudioCodes gateways
Adtran routers
VoIP soft switches such as opensips, Broadsoft, asterisk, freeswitch, Mitel, etc

You will be responsible for answering support calls and troubleshooting technical issues
