Job Description

Our company provides online marketing solutions to ecommerce sites. We have partnered with many platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, Bigcommerce, Volusion, Xcart, etc.

For this position, we are looking for someone with ecommerce platform experience to help assist customers with installing our apps and troubleshooting problems in their account. You would interface directly with customers and help them with any installation issues they may be experiencing.

The requirements for this position are:

- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, like the ones I listed above
- Familiarity with HTML and other coding languages
- Able to provide on-call support to customers between the hours of 8am and 7pm PST. This doesn't mean you need to work all hours between that window, it just means availability within that window is preferred.
- You will help customers via email and live chat

We like to get back to our customers quickly, so being available and responsive are key.

The position will require 10 hrs or less a week, but will likely increase in hours over the next few weeks.
