WANTED: Ex hosting support staff to join ROCKSTAR Team!

The most important skill we are looking for is excellent English Comprehension, Critical Thinking and ability to Problem solve.
We do not just want staff that can read a ticket and select a canned answer rather we want staff that Understand the customers problem and help them find the right solution.

Your Job Responsibilities as Level 1 support will include
- Reading and understanding the customers issue.
- Using your Critical Thinking to determine if you should
a) Assign a pre-written canned reply
b) Use your skillbase to solve the customers issue
c) Escalate it to the next department
Your written English must be excellent and grammatically correct.
You will be using the WHMCS Billing system and support desk. You must be comfortable
using admin type software.
Additional skill favored:
PHP , HTMKL, MySQL, Joomla , WordPress, Drupal
We are looking for candidates from Eastern Europe or the Philippines. If you are form other countries please do not apply as we will not respond.
Should be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day. Weekend working will be required.
