We're looking for you who is good at getting things done to assist our Recruitment team with their administration functions. Your goal will be to complete all administrative tasks before deadlines to assist our Recruitment consultants can effectively complete candidate placements.
You will need to be willing and have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines as there will be lots to do and learn.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Writing and posting of job adverts.
- Candidate Screening.
- Phone Interviews.
- Reference Checking.
- Candidate Recommendation reports to clients.
- Other administrative tasks.
You will be exposed to a unique technology that provides effective staff to our clients. Training will be provided for you who is willing and go above and beyond to get things done.
Located in Melbourne, Australia we are an international company who is passionate in assisting our client to build productive teams for business expansions.
