Job Description

Insurance company looking for professional telemarketers with experience in B2B sales. You will be calling businesses that currently have Workers Compensation Insurance and collecting basic information or emailing them a 1 page document to fill out so we could provide them a quote on their insurance policy. A strict quota of 4 completed documents sent in per week will be enforced.

Requirements: Reliable internet connection (3mbps or above), a stable working computer with back up power, and a quiet workspace.

We’re looking for people who have minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing and other experience in: appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, cold calling B2B, using CRM’s and skype.

Realistic monthly income expectations after 5 day probationary period*:
$2 per hour
$5 per completed application if you send in between 4 or 6 per week.
$10 per completed application if you send 7 or more per week.

On average, you should be sending in at least 5 per week which would equal to $25 in commission plus $80 for the 40 hours you worked.

This can be a long term and very lucrative position for the right person. We are also looking for agents that are looking for a long term career.

***Probationary period lasts 5 business days and is commission only. You will be paid $5 per completed application if you send in between 4 or 6 and $10 per completed application if you send 7 or more. In order to be hired on full time, you will need to send in at least 4 applications during your probationary period.
