Seeking help desk support and virtual assistant with STRONG technical background
I am seeking a help desk support technician and virtual assistant. Job requires assisting in answering tickets, answering billing/sales emails, and working with third party software vendors to help troubleshoot support tickets.
We are in the hosting market. Familiarity with things like cPanel, Apache, MySQL is important. WordPress knowledge is also a strong plus.
Work and support tickets are to be billed on an as needed basis. When a ticket is received, you will be notified via email. At that time, you can start recording your time and work on the ticket. So, please be comfortable with this setup.
