Job Description

You are great on the phone! Also, you have worked in the computer repair or IT industry and understand common computer repair procedures.

We are looking for someone to handle phone calls during changing hours, usually sometime between 7 AM and 7 PM, Mon-Friday. This job starts PART-TIME and may change to FULL-TIME depending on our needs and your abilities.

On the phone, you will learn about the needs of our customers and enter related data into our computer system (CRM experience preferred!). When our system indicates that a technician is not available to perform the service, you will research and contact another local business to refer the customer to, making calls to ensure that the customer's need is met by someone. You will document these calls in our system.

You will communicate with customers by email, following up with them after their jobs are completed.

You will communicate with other technicians in our network by phone and email.
