Office Manager for Swedish IT company (French and German speaker)


We are a small fast growing company. Today we are 15 colleagues (employees and contractors). We have colleagues in marketing, programming, testing, telemarketing.

We see you are:


- Very organized and perfectionist in the way you work
- have experienced organizing other people work as a manager or assistant
- Outstanding English both written and oral
- Fluent in German and French
- are available to work CET 08 am - 5 pm (including one hour lunch break)
- interested in IT

Example of tasks:

- Help to reach out to all 15 colleagues on a daily basis. Prepare the work tasks for all colleagues (improve tasks descriptions, organize priorities if necessary)
- Follow up on previous meetings held to make sure tasks have been created and finished
- Help to schedule and test releases of software
- Help to organise the version manager for all the different software

We are looking for a full time Office Manager that will work from home and will be in touch with all the colleagues on Skype. If collaboration is successful it can be considered organizing so you can move to Sweden.
