We prefer prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, and/or in Office Management Online Experience. Provide Administrative support to departments and/or managers. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Email clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Data Entry Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
