Job Description

Boutique real estate agency in Australia needs book keeper, accounts person- experienced, capable and that can work approximately 10- 15 hours per week.
- Data entry
-Bank Reconciliations
-Administration support for the property managers
- Matching tenants payments to the property
- Generating monthly reports for the landlords
- Monthly commission and fees report for the agency
-Late rent reports for tenants

We have an in house software and also download all data from banks daily

Long term role, need someone capable, prepared to learn, follow instructions
