Job Description

We are looking for someone to provide Level 1 technical support and training on Mobile Devices.

Blackberry, iPhone, Android Devices, Windows Devices and Tablets

Contractor requirements

We are looking for a contractor who meets the following requirements:

1. Previous Level 1 experience in technical support
2. Knowledge of Mobile Device Management
3. Succesful experience in Help Desk or Customer Support environment
4. Fluent French and English is required
5. Understanding of MS Office products
6. Flexible work hours 24/7
7. Must Live in Canada or USA
