Job Description

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB POST BEFORE APPLYING. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WITH PURE BRITISH ACCENT (NOT HARD ACCENT). THIS PROJECT IS NOT FOR WORKERS FROM INDIA, PAKISTAN AND BANGLADESH.

We are looking for 4-5 CSR with pure/native British accent to work for us. Please relate to the below requirements and only apply if you meet them.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) ENGLISH AND BRITISH ACCENT:

Must be able to speak English with a native British accent.

2) EXPERIENCE:

Must have some CSR or TSR experience. Must have experience handling irate customers.

3) SCHEDULE:

We have opening on UK time zone and US time zone. We also have weekend shift available so please mention which shifts have you applied for.

4) WORK ETHIC:

You must have excellent work ethic. This is loaded work as it involved phone, email and chat support.

5) EQUIPMENT:

Must have 3-4 mb main internet. Must have some sort of (1 mb) back up internet. Power back up is preferable but not must.

Pay: $500-600 per month salary with an offer for one increment per year (10%) and more opportunities.

You ll sign a monthly contract after our legal team verifies everything.
