Customer Service Proffessionals will handle a variety of fortune 500 companies. Currrently hiring for Intuit Turbo Tax program. Agents are hired as Independent Contractors and may be offered a employement position after 90 days of successful employement. This is a legit job generating excellent revenue you will only need a home phone, internet, headset, home office and a computer to work for us. Get paid hourly with no commute and make your schedule with us weekly, get discounts including cruises and vacations on select programs. There is some cost but don't hesitate as that cost is minimum (ex. 25$ background check, 29$ training class (this price maybe more or less depending on the program you choose to work for), 100$ CSP course) and will be reimbursed after successful completion of training and 90 days of employment. Each training class after your initial training class will be paid for by Customer Specialist R Us LLC. Agent’s hourly pay ranges from 9-22 dollars an hour (This depends on your program and performance metrics.); pay is disbursed on the 2nd and 3rd Fridays of each month. Some programs offer incentives, the Intuit Program, for example, offers 200 dollars after program completion (all metrics should be met during the term working).

Your quaifications are what we are looking for in an Independent contractor so we would like to go further with you in the hiring process. The next step is a over the phone interview where we tell you more about the program you will service. Before scheduling an over the phone interview here is a break down of what you can exspect. If after the break down review you are still interested please reply:
1. Setup a profile through our prtnering company.
Through a network of Independent Businesses, our partnering company Arise provides work-from-home contact center support services to many Fortune 500 companies. Our Independent Businesses within the Arise Network provide support and service via customer calls, chats, or emails.
2. Take a brief Voice Assessment*
3. Complete a background check* The cost of the background check is 12.95-22.95 depending on your state. We do not reimburse this cost
4. Certify as a Client Support Professional (CSP 101)* The cost of this certification is 99$ this is reimbursed after 90 days of successful employement (you must meet all service metrics)
5. Sign up and pay for training to client
Your client you will sign up and train for is Intuit. Cost is 29$ for this training course and is reimbursed after 90 days of success with us. The next training class is Feb. 25 2013. Training is not paid but a 350$ incentive is paid to you after the project ends on April 15, 2013. Training is paid for and after succeful completion of this program Customer Specialist R Us will offer you the oppurtunity to become and employer where we pay for your next training for another client such as Walt Disney, ATT, etc. Or you can continue on to a new client as a independent contractor.
6. complete training and starting making money!
Pay will start at 9.00$ hourly and may increase up to 12.00$ with your performance.

After training you hours wanted are set weekly we only set you for hours you choose you may your schedule!

o Dedicated landline telephone that is only to service your application. No one else should have this phone number. This line MUST be a standard POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) phone line.
